We invest continuously in our systems and technology, to bring clients amongst others, EFT payments, email statements, sms notifications, maintenance logging and total control of their property portfolio.

WeConnect for all Management properties.

Our rental portfolio is all managed through WeConnect rental management system. Monthly statements and yearly tax statements available. Invoices can be viewed directly on openeing a Tenant/Landlord statement

TPN for all management properties

We are affiliated to TPN and all our tenants are loaded onto this system. This system is linked to ITC and Experian Credit Bureaus. Monthly payment profile is linked to both major Credit Bureaus.

We have adopted a zero tolerance for late payers and or non-payers. Our current payments from tenants is 95.7% paid on time and in full.

Penta Rental Insurance

For a fraction of the monthly rental, the landlord can protect his investment against financial loss due to:

• Loss of rental income where a tenant is in breach of his/her Lease Agreement
• Damages suffered, including non-payment of Water and Electricity bills Legal costs
• The handling of legal procedures by selected legal experts
• Obtaining eviction orders to provide vacant possession back to the landlord
